Simple. Add a Windows Key as a Tablet button so that lefties don't have to go all the way south-west to get the Start button.
Press it once, the Start Menu appears.
Press quickly twice and Windows Flip 3D will be activated. Press the Tablet's arrow buttons and select the window you want. Press the Enter button to finish the switching.
Holding down the Windows Key and press the other Tablet buttons allow you to toggle the Sidebar, or open Documents, Pictures and Videos, Games, Computer, Network, etc, which you can't do today...
